Dr. Bob Marshall - Clinical Director

Dr Bob Marshall has been providing specialist services in Radiology in the Port Macquarie area for the past 15 years, most recently as the Managing Radiologist at the Port Macquarie Base Hospital and the Clinical Director for Mid North Coast Diagnostic Imaging.
He has subspecialty interests in Paediatric Radiology, Vascular and Interventional Radiology and Magnetic Resonance Imaging. In addition to his clinical roles, Bob has been active in the College of Radiologists, Department of Health, Paediatric Reference Group, ACI Radiology Subcommittee and University of NSW in a lecturing capacity.
Bob lives locally in Port Macquarie and enjoys the regional lifestyle the area offers.

Glen Marshall - Chief Executive Officer

Glen completed a career in the Australian Army, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel before moving into the corporate arena. He has subsequently held a number of key senior appointments in Australia and North America across a broad portfolio of industries including IT, facility services, utility services and new product commercialisation.
Now serving the medical industry, Glen has been engaged by the Board of Port Macquarie X-ray to ensure the business remains the No.1 provider of premium radiological services on the Mid North Coast.

Noni Collins - Clinical Supervisor

Noni is the clinical supervisor at Port Macquarie X-Ray, responsible for the technical service delivery to our patients. Noni has significant experience as a Sonographer, having worked at numerous regional practices including Broken Hill and Dubbo. Noni has worked in Port Macquarie since 2002 and has been with Port Macquarie X-ray since its inception in 2012.

Belinda Smith - Operations Manager

Belinda is the Front Office Manager at Port Macquarie X-Ray. Belinda has significant retail and medical operational and customer service experience having worked across many industries before moving to Port Macquarie. Belinda is responsible for the reception and processing of patients in our front-of-house operations, catering to more than 35,000 patients annually.
Belinda also manages the day to day activities of the business, ensuring all aspects of the patient experience run smoothly and any special requests by referring clinicians are delivered.

Nicole Oates - Team Leader General Radiography, Dental and Bone Mineral Densitometry

Nicole has a wide range of medical imaging and management skills developed over two decades across a diverse range of senior roles. Having trained at the University of Newcastle and John Hunter Hospital, Nicole then travelled extensively including radiography positions in London, UAE, metropolitan and regional Australia.
Nicole has a strong interest in mammography, paediatrics, trauma and digital imaging (PACS) as has recently arrived in Port Macquarie from her previous appointment as State Radiographer at BreastScreen Tasmania.

Melanie Lindner - Team Leader Ultrasound

Melanie is a qualified, experienced Sonographer with experience across a number of other imaging technologies including CT, Ultra Sound and general radiography. Melanie completed her studies at Sydney University and has worked in Port Macquarie for more than 20 years, having grown up in Wingham.

Ben Powell - Team Leader MRI

Ben has significant experience across both MRI and CT imaging, having recently moved from an imaging practice in Melbourne specialising in Musculoskeletal imaging for professional athletes. After graduating from Charles Sturt University in 2002, Ben worked in numerous regional towns across NSW and Queensland and spent two years in London developing his radiography skills.
Ben has a keen interest in sports imaging, including musculoskeletal MRI and enjoys providing a unique service for local and interstate athletes visiting Port Macquarie for the region’s various sporting events.

Tynelle Clark - Team Leader CT Dept.

Tynnelle is the team leader within the CT Department at Port Macquarie X-ray, offering all aspects of CT imaging including Coronary Angiography, Oncology scanning, Dental imaging and Interventional procedures such as spinal injections.
Tynnelle has completed her Masters in Health Science with a specialty in CT and has a keen interest in Coronary Angiography as well as dose reduction techniques.
Tynnelle was the Chief Radiographer at a practice in North Sydney and worked in Edinburgh and London prior to moving back to Port Macquarie a few years ago.

Debbie McRae - Senior Practice Nurse

Debbie is our senior practice nurse here at Port Macquarie X-ray.

Debbie has 25 years nursing experience, having trained at the Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney, with her last eight years spent in radiology.

Debbie has a keen interest in CT, assisting in interventional procedures as well as preparing patients for their scans. Debbie takes pride in making sure her patients are well cared for and comfortable during their procedure.

Debbie is a keen member of the Port Macquarie Physi and Dance group and is married with two children.

Dr John Stubbe - Chairman

John, is a Radiologist with a strong interest in Interventional Radiology and was a partner in Border Medical Imaging based in Albury/Wodonga.

As managing Partner of Border Medical Imaging, John orchestrated the merge with Riverina Group to form Regional Imaging in which John played a pivotal role as Chairman.

The Regional Group became one of the early members of the I-Med Network and John subsequently became National Medical Director of I-Med Network and was a board member of both I-Med and Lodestone plc (UK). John resigned from these positions in September 2006. John is a past president of the Australian Association of Provincial Radiologists and the Border Medical Association.

John is a founding Principal of Imaging Partners Online Ltd, which was formed in 2006 and is the leading Teleradiology provider in Australia. Until early 2011 John held the position of Executive Medical Director and has been the driving force in the expansion of Imaging Partners Online into the UK market bringing the UK joint venture between Imaging Partners Online and University College London Hospital ‘Radiology Reporting Online’ from concept to reality.

John also played a key role in the development of the highly successful MSK service Imaging @ Olympic Park in Melbourne and is the current Chairman of this business.

Over this time Bob has established a firm track record in building and leading successful businesses and developing a wide network across both the private and public sectors.

One of two original founders of the I-Med Network, Australia’s largest private imaging provider, Bob was CEO from its inception until 2004. His strong track record in business management and unwavering dedication to achieving results has created strong recognition and a reputation within the health sector as a leader and facilitator of change
